DYNEX MOBILE WEB WALLET: 2FA RESET REQUESTS 

Some Dynex mobile web (beta) users have incorrectly paired their 2FA. Since 2fa has been restored fully over all activities, these will of course not pass the 2FA Google Authenticator verification. If you want 2FA reset, please use our official channel and fill in the form below to apply for a 2FA reset:

We will verify the validity of your provided information before disabling 2FA. If we have concerns about being a legit request, we might be in touch by email. Please also check your spam folders from time to time.
